Introduction:
NA-2 Swat-I (این اے-۲، سوات-۱) represents a constituency in the National Assembly of Pakistan. Swat Valley, Switzerland of Pakistan, is a district in the Malakand Division. Originally designated as NA-30 (Swat-II) from 2002 to 2018, it underwent a name alteration to NA-2 (Swat-I) following the 2018 delimitation. As part of this redrawing, tehsil Matta was separated to establish NA-4 (Swat-III), while simultaneously amalgamating with tehsil Kabal to shape the redefined constituency.

Popularity Reason: Bahrain is a renowned hill station situated 60 km North of Mingora along the Swat River. Known for its riverside resorts and local crafts, it boasts stunning views of the Daral River and cascading waterfalls.
Main Political Parties:
The 2018 general elections in Pakistan witnessed intense competition among three major political parties: the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PML-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. Emerging victorious, the PTI secured the highest number of votes, enabling them to establish the government.
Within the electoral landscape of the 2018 elections, the NA-2 Constituency in the KPK Province featured ten candidates, including Hydar Ali Khan, Ameer Muqam, Naveed Iqbal, Amjad Ali Khan, Mumtaz Ahmad, Muhammad Mukhtar, Syed Qamar Ali, Meiraj Muhammad, Ishtiaq Ahmed, and Malik Muhammad Deedar Khan.
Haider Ali Khan won the elections by receiving 61834 votes as MMA candidate. His other competitor Amir Muqam was who received 41366 votes.
