Introduction:
NA-216 Sanghar II is a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. Previously named as NA-210, it includes Tando Adam Khan Tehsil and Shahdadpur Tehsil Sinjhoro Tehsil (partly).

Popularity Reason: Tando Adam, founded by Mir Adam Khan Mari, derives its name from the Balochi term “cantonment,” where “Tando” signifies this association. Renowned for both its industries and agricultural activities, Tando Adam boasts a diverse range of crops, including sugar-cane, wheat, cotton, bananas, and mangoes. The town is home to several ancient sites, featuring mosques and Hindu temples that reflect its historical significance. Additionally, the shrine of the revered poet Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai is situated approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) from Tando Adam, adding cultural and spiritual richness to the region.
