Introduction:
Mardan-II is a National Assembly constituency in Pakistan. Previously designated as NA-9 (Mardan-I) from 1977 to 2018, its nomenclature was altered to NA-21 (Mardan-II) following the delimitation in 2018. Subsequently, with the latest delimitation in 2022, it assumed the designation of NA-22 (Mardan-II).

Popularity Reason: Garhi Kapura is a crucial town in the Mardan district, which is the second-largest city in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Among its diverse casts, the Tawas Khel is particularly esteemed. Garhi Kapura features significant historical sites such as Hindu temples and various historical remains.

Ameer Haidar Azam Hoti, Muhammad Atif, Shuja ul Mulak, Syed Abid Ali Shah, Muhammad Said, and Mukhtiyar were participants in the General Election 2018 from NA-21.
