Popularity Reason: Situated on the left bank of the Shadiwah canal, Tando Bago is connected to Hyderabad by road. The vicinity of Tando Bago is intersected by numerous small seasonal drainage channels, primarily originating from the Shahdadpur branch of the Indus, with some originating from branches further west. Tando Bago is recognized for its prominent Sheedi community, which, while maintaining a distinct identity, faces relative impoverishment. The community largely resides in the Kandri Paro ghetto area, engaged mainly in low-level labor. The houses in Kandri Paro are typically small, often in a state of disrepair, and lack the courtyards commonly found in other parts of the town.
