Introduction:
Charsadda-II is a National Assembly constituency in Pakistan. Subsequently, with the latest delimitation in 2022, it assumed the current designation of NA-25 (Charsadda-II).
Charsadda is divided into Hashtnagar and Do Aaba. The city holds the ancient ruins of Pushkalavati, the former Gandharan capital. Archaeological findings date back to around 1400 BCE, including post holes, ceramic sherds, and ash. Permanent structures, like stone-lined pits, were later built. The history of Charsadda extends back to the 6th century BCE.
