Obesity and weight gain are prevalent problems in everyday life. In addition to praying, one should make daily lifestyle changes, such as starting an exercise routine and eating a nutritious diet. Used sparingly.
Here, we’ll also provide the Dua for weight loss, which will undoubtedly be helpful, along with some weight-loss advice.
Dua for Weight Loss
Following ablution, say Durood Sharif 100 times, then praise Allah for “لاحول ولا قوة إلا باللہ” 500 times. Lastly, recite Durood Sharif 100 times and hope that this issue will be resolved, God willing.
After making the necessary preparations, recite Durood three times, followed by five times for Surah Fatiha, one time for Surah Al Raad, and three times for Durood Sharif. You will soon begin to lose weight by the Grace of Allah.

Tips for Weight Loss
Balanced Diet
Increase your intake of the following well-balanced foods: Including an abundance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthful fats are a few examples.
These items should be cut back on in your diet, if not eliminated: processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-calorie beverages.
Portion Control
Eat less but healthily; avoid overindulging and cut your diet in half. Take tiny doses sequentially by adding food to the pot.
Regular Exercise
Make regular exercise a part of your daily schedule. To increase metabolism and gain lean muscle, combine aerobic activity (such as walking, jogging, or cycling) with strength training (such as weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises).
Hydration
Drink a lot of water in the morning and evening to stay hydrated. Water can relate to both fresh fruit drinks and water.
Sleep
Establish a routine of going to bed early to obtain adequate restful sleep. Sleep disruption also affects hormones.
Mindful Eating
Eat minimal portions of healthful food by concentrating solely on the food while seated at the dinner table. Overeating can occur when your focus is diverted to other tasks during a meal, including watching TV or using your phone.
