ISLAMABAD: PTI founder and Bushra Bibi’s temporary release was extended by a lower court on Thursday till September 19 in instances involving protests and toshakhana receipts. The two accused parties’ interim bail hearings were heard by Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.

The petitioner’s attorney took the position that the anti-terrorism court in Lahore is now considering four cases involving his clients, and he asked the court to extend the pre-arrest bail.

The matter was deferred while the court once more requested a report via video link from the Adiala Jail administration regarding the accused’s attendance.
