ISLAMABAD: On Monday, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the government to provide the father of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s missing Haroon Muhammad three million rupees in compensation. The hearing for the recovery case of Haroon Muhammad was presided over by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb. The court ordered the government to make sure the impacted parent received compensation throughout the hearing, and it also ordered the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Inspector General to give the petitioner security. The judge also ordered that charges be brought against the security guards in question and postponed the hearing for a fortnight.
