Introduction:
NA-118 Lahore-II is a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. Previously named as NA-124. The constituency includes the walled city of Lahore.

The general election of 2018 for NA-124 Lahore witnessed a diverse array of candidates from various political parties and independents vying for the seat. Mian Muhammad Hamza Shehbaz Sharif, Muhammad Noman Qaiser, Sumaira Nureen, Saleem Hammad, Muhammad Afzal, Babu Zaheer Ahmed Chaudhry and Asim Irshad Khan were main candidates.
Muhammad Hamza Shehbaz Sharif was elected MNA from N.A- 124 District Lahore in the general election 2018. As he vacated the seat so bye Election held in NA-124. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was elected M.N.A from NA-124 Lahore-II in bye election held on 14-10-2018.
