Introduction:
NA-15 Mansehra-cum-Torghar is a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It encompasses part of the Mansehra district and the entirety of the Torghar district. Torghar District formerly known as Kala Dhaka is a district in the Hazara Division. It was officially separated from the Mansehra District in 2011 under Article 246 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Primarily, Pashtuns dominate this area .This area was previously designated as NA-21 (Mansehra-II) from 1977 to 2018, the constituency’s name was changed to NA-15 (Mansehra-cum-Torghar), reflecting the alterations in the electoral boundaries. The modification in nomenclature corresponds to the adjustments made during the redrawing of constituency lines.
